Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Human Resources Manager to lead, shape, and execute our HR strategy across a rapidly expanding workforce of 3,000+ employees. The successful candidate will align HR practices with our organizational goals, manage compliance, recruitment, performance evaluation, and staff well-being—ensuring our teams remain inspired, ethical, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with Sial Foundation's vision.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for medical, technical, administrative, and educational roles.

  • Oversee onboarding, training, and capacity-building programs across all departments.

  • Design and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and non-profit governance standards.

  • Create employee retention strategies and performance evaluation systems.

  • Facilitate conflict resolution, grievance management, and internal investigations.

  • Support leadership in succession planning and workforce planning for expansion phases.

  • Manage payroll systems in coordination with the finance department.

  • Promote a culture of transparency, professionalism, and humanitarian commitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a senior HR role (preferably in large-scale non-profits, healthcare, or education sectors).

  • Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and regulatory frameworks in Pakistan.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and multi-site operations.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in managing HR for large-scale welfare or development projects.

  • Familiarity with donor reporting, NGO compliance, and capacity-building in rural contexts.

  • Ability to adapt HR practices to support projects like hospitals, schools, livestock farms, and vocational centers.
