SIAL Foundation is proud to announce the establishment of the Miraj Bibi Free Health Clinic as the first step toward the construction of the Jannat Memorial Hospital in Chak No. 32/4-L, Mureedabad, Okara.

Planned Steps

• Land Purchase & Registry – The land for Jannat Memorial Hospital will be purchased and registered from the Maher Muhammad Amin Sial Family by Nausher Ahmad Sial.

• Clinic Launch – The free health clinic will begin in the family residence after necessary remodeling.

• Medical Staffing – Doctors, nurses, and staff will be hired under the management of the Director of Medical Staffing.

• Emergency Medical Support – Two ambulances and one helicopter will be acquired during the renovation phase of the health center.

• Financial Oversight – CFO will oversee the Accounting Department, supported by the SIAL Foundation’s chartered accountant.

• Ration Distribution Program – Under the management of the Head of Social & Welfare Department, 5,000 ration packs worth PKR 10,000 each (totaling PKR 5–6 million) will be distributed door-to-door in Chak No. 32/4-L, Mureedabad.

• Grand Opening Ceremony – The inauguration of the Miraj Bibi Free Health Clinic will be held with the honored presence of Mariam Nawaz Sharif, Chief Minister of Punjab, at the earliest possible date.

Project Updates

Alongside the Miraj Bibi Free Health Clinic and the Ration Distribution Programme, the following projects are in the earliest phase of development:

• Sial Livestock & Model Farms - Phase 1 of the Foundation's principal revenue-generating project: a controlled-operation dairy and livestock facility planned for up to 25,000 cattle across approximately 100 acres of owned land, with additional rented land for feed production. Surplus from this venture funds the Foundation's healthcare and welfare programmes.

• Youth Empowerment Project - A modern educational facility equipped with 80 to 100 computer workstations, delivering free courses in e-commerce platforms including Shopify and Amazon, alongside digital marketing, supported by a purpose-built curriculum and dedicated trainers.

• Administrative & Faculty Building - Office space, a cafeteria and faculty accommodation supporting the education programme and Foundation administration.

• Religious & Memorial Facilities - Reconstruction of both mosques serving Chak No. 32/4-L, and improvement of the burial grounds including boundary walls, access paths and ongoing maintenance.

• Seniors Assisted Living & Peace Village - A planned residential community offering supported living, care and companionship for elderly residents.

• Funeral Home - A planned facility providing full funeral amenities to bereaved families at no cost.
