Shah Bhore Graveyard Welfare Society and Darbar Ismail Sadhar Welfare Society operate under the auspices of the Sial Foundation, Chak No. 32/4-L, Okara, Punjab, Pakistan. These societies are actively engaged in a variety of social and welfare initiatives aimed at uplifting underprivileged communities. 

Their projects include the construction and renovation of mosques, development of shrine infrastructure, and the improvement and maintenance of graveyards. Key activities also involve the construction of community centers, land acquisition for cemetery expansion, and other essential welfare efforts. The land will be divided into lots through the assistance of inter-village committees and in coordination with the Auqaf Department. These committees will be composed of respected elders representing their respective villages.

In times of loss, the societies are committed to easing the burden on bereaved families by providing full support — including coffin arrangements, grave preparation, food provision, and other necessary services required during funerals.

They are also engaged in the comprehensive development of graveyard facilities, which includes the provision of electricity, boundary walls, sitting areas, water filtration systems, ablution (wuzu) areas, and proper drainage infrastructure. In addition, they oversee the extension and beautification of graveyards, ensuring they are maintained with dignity and care for the community’s long-term needs.

★ Complete funeral facilitation including:

■ Coffin provision

■ Grave preparation

■ Food arrangements for the grieving family

★ Infrastructure development ■ Boundary wall construction

■ Installation of electricity

■ Comfortable sitting areas for visitors

■ Water filtration system setup

❖ Washroom facilities for ablution (wuzu)

❖ Proper drainage and sanitation system

● Planning & Expansion:

○ Graveyard expansion when needed

○ Design and beautification of burial grounds for a dignified resting place

These welfare societies work hand-in-hand with local representatives and village elders to ensure services reach those who need them most. Their mission is to serve humanity with dignity, compassion, and respect.
